We at Chaos by Design Nz endeavor to ensure customer satisfaction however if the item you have purchased is damaged in transit, or found to be faulty, you can provide proof of damage/fault within 48 hours of receiving the purchase and we will either refund the cost of your purchase or provide you with store credit to the same value upon return of damaged goods or offer a discount should you wish to keep the artwork.

In the event of a refund it will be processed, and either a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or a gift voucher code will be emailed to you, typically within 5 working days.
In the event of a refund or store credit the damaged item will need to be returned to us at your own cost.
